• The builder wants to construct a 45 unit apartment community comprised of three 7 unit buildings and three 8 unit buildings, with an option to build an additional 60 units in phase 2.
• Each building will include:
  • One bedroom, one bath 557 square ft. units
  • Two bedrooms, one bath 777 square ft. units
  • Three bedrooms, two baths 931 square foot units
